Printing Refund Policy
> Approved credit cards are Visa & MasterCard; a credit card surcharge is applicable.
> No Refund Policy – Sydney University Village maintains a no refund policy on transactions applied to your print/copy account.
> Non-transferable Policy – print/copy credits are not transferable to other person/s.
> Picking up printing is the user's responsibility, Sydney University Village is not liable for loss of prints.
> Maximum reload amount is $100, with a maximum balance of $150.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund for a failure of laundry and/or printing equipment.
Process for determine equipment failure
> Advise village management immediately, in person.
> Village management to inspect equipment to determine if equipment failure has occurred.
> If after assessment of the equipment, it has been determined by village management a failure has occurred, a credit will be place on the resident’s printing account.
> The resident can log on to the printing portal – (insert link) to view the credit and account balance.
